Apricot Rail have had yet more recent appearances in the Australian music trade magazine The Music Network: ‘Trout Fishing In Australia’ was featured as FBI Radio’s number one track in issue 750, and their album is featured as one of the Amrap Station Recommendations in issue 751, where it is described as “unassuming yet beautiful”. Absolutment! The album is one of the first to be chosen for the highly selective Amrap Station Recommendations system and was recommended by 4 of the major Australian indie stations – RTRfm, FBI, 2Ser and Triple R. Tarcutta’s stunning self titled debut will also receive the same honour next month. Go team Shoal!
